Senior User Experience Designer (Remote)

Accountabilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end product experience, including AI-driven workflows and user guidance.
• Collaborate closely with design systems teams to ensure UX and UI consistency.
• Work with product management and engineering to define strategy and user experiences.
• Advance AI interaction patterns to enhance user understanding and trust.
• Lead by example in visual design and interaction quality through prototyping.
• Standardize UX patterns and documentation across the platform to ensure flexibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex systems.
• Expertise in designing AI-powered products.
• Proven collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to influence design standards beyond individual features.
• Expert Level proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and prototyping software.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end concepts.
• Experience with motion design and interaction technologies.
