Pool Maintenance Service Technician

As a Pool Maintenance Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of both residential and commercial swimming pools. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and interacting with customers while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and chemical testing.
- Adjust and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and optimal pool conditions.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
- Identify and recommend larger-scale maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pool technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and pool equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
