Associate Attorney (Plaintiff Litigation)
About the Firm & This Opportunity
At Edwards Injury Law, we are a growing plaintiff personal injury firm focused on high-quality cases, strong litigation strategy, and meaningful outcomes for our clients.
We are intentional about our growth. This hire is not about adding volume. It is about increasing capacity, elevating our litigation function, and building toward the next stage of the firm.
We are hiring our third attorney to expand our litigation capacity and reduce the day-to-day burden on our lead attorney.
Over the next 12 months, we expect to increase case volume, improve case quality, and build a more independent litigation function. Most cases will not flow through the lead attorney. This role is key to making that possible.

Responsibilities include:
- Discovery (drafting and responding)
- Motion practice

Case Ownership & Structure:
- Begin by working alongside the lead attorney on active cases
- Transition into managing your own litigation caseload
- Handle a mix of high-value litigation cases and select pre-suit matters
- Contribute to and eventually lead case strategy
Litigation Profile:
While trial experience is preferred, it is not required. Strong litigation fundamentals are essential. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with depositions, substantive motion practice, hearings, and proactively advancing litigation.
