Position Summary The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a collaborative professional to serve as Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist for the Enrollment Division, which includes the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid, and the University Registrar. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Data Analysis for Enrollment, the Specialist will collaborate with leadership, staff, and other internal and external partners to define requirements and develop, validate, and implement queries and reports to support operations, decision making, communications, and strategic initiatives. This includes developing queries with conditional logic for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions email and text campaigns; providing data to evaluate the results of campus initiatives; generating reports to improve enrollment assessment and outcomes; and providing and validating data for official reporting. The Enrollment Division uses Technolutions Slate as its primary communications solution, with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as the University's Student Information System. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master's or Bachelors and 0-2 years' experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience - The successful candidate will have proficiency in data reporting tools, such as Tableau, SQL, SAS, Stata, ERP query, or similar tools.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience - Experience with Technolutions Slate or a similar CRM solution.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a similar ERP system.
- Understanding of the student lifecycle from recruitment through graduation.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data privacy regulations, including FERPA.
