Huntersville Ford is looking for a full time Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator to add to our growing team. We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area. Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule appointments for the sales department
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience a plus
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive, Persuasive, Outgoing, and hardworking personality
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
