About the Role

We’re hiring a friendly, dependable team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Charlotte, Hickory, and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and learning hands-on creative skills .

No photography experience is required. We provide paid training, equipment, and a simple step-by-step process so the right person can succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments

• Capture interior and exterior real estate photos using a simple shot list

• Represent the company professionally with homeowners and agents

• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)

• Learn additional services such as drone photography and video over time

Most photographers complete 2-4 homes per day depending on the schedule.

Schedule

• Approximately 30 hours per week (varies based on the season)

• Must be available 3-4 weekdays

• Wednesdays strongly preferred

• Most shoots occur Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm

• Occasional Saturday availability may be needed

Pay & Compensation

• Paid training at $20/hour

• After training, pay increases based on services performed

• $30 per drone shoot once FAA certified

• Mileage reimbursement $0.30 per mile

Most photographers earn $25-$30 per hour equivalent once fully trained.
