Regional CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Earnings you can plan your life around. Regional drivers earn $87,500-$114,000 per year , averaging $1,680-$2,200 per week , with a guaranteed $1,400 minimum to protect your paycheck.
- Weekly home time that actually feels like time off. Run regional lanes with predictable schedules-home weekly for 34-48 hours on either Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday rotations.
- Pay that rewards experience and performance. Start at 56 CPM , plus up to 5 CPM in bonuses, along with detention pay, drop & hook pay, and live load/unload compensation.
- Equipment and support that keep you moving. Drive well-maintained, APU-equipped trucks designed for comfort, efficiency, and fewer interruptions on the road.
