Automotive Sales Consultant
Keffer Kia | Full-Time | Greater Charlotte Area

Keffer Kia is a high-volume dealership with consistent traffic, strong digital marketing, and a management team that actually works deals. If you are motivated, coachable, and competitive, you can make very good money here regardless of prior automotive experience.
We will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Meet customers and understand how they actually use a vehicle
- Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned inventory
- Guide customers through a clear purchase process
- Follow up with internet and phone leads
- Build repeat and referral business
This is not a stand-around-and-wait store.
You will be busy.
What We’re Looking For
You do not need car sales experience. You do need:
- Strong communication skills
- Work ethic and reliability
- Competitive mindset
- Ability to learn a structured process
- Comfort speaking with people face-to-face and by phone
- Retail, hospitality, fitness, phone sales, or serving experience is a plus
If you avoid accountability or dislike performance pay, this will not be a fit.

Compensation
Performance-based commission structure.
Most successful consultants earn $50,000 – $130,000+ annually .
Your income is directly tied to effort and consistency.
Schedule
Retail hours including evenings and Saturdays.
One day off during the week plus Sunday.
