In this role you will focus on supporting the execution/build needs to support Adobe Target activities. You will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Target platform to build multi-variant tests and targeted content. This will also provide an opportunity to support content execution/build of offers through, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, or SDL Tridion. Hands on execution/build experience with Adobe Target balanced with strategy, implementation consulting, and leading junior team will be necessary for success.


In this role, you will:

Execution: Oversee and lead the day-to-day execution of digital content deployment across multiple platforms including SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM, and Adobe Target.

Mentorship & Team Development: Provide hands-on mentorship to junior team members in Adobe Target, guiding them through the creation and validation of multi-variant tests and targeted offer builds.

Strategic Process Development: Design and implement scalable processes for digital content execution. Collaborate to define and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design and UX teams to assess feasibility and optimize execution of Adobe Target activities using the visual content editor and ensure alignment between creative concepts and technical capabilities.

Expert Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert in Adobe Target, providing strategic guidance to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. Influence campaign success through proactive engagement and thought leadership across the enterprise.

Training & Enablement: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation to support onboarding and ongoing team development.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Adobe Target : Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
  • 3+ years Digital Content Expertise : Advanced experience executing digital content across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Technical Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS to support content customization and troubleshooting.
  • Accessibility Knowledge : Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing.
  • Adobe Suite Experience : Familiarity with Adobe tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Project Leadership : Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent execution projects from planning through deployment.
  • Industry Experience : Experience in financial services or banking is preferred but not required.
  • Collaboration Skills : Strong ability to partner across teams and levels of the organization, fostering alignment and shared success.
  • Relationship Management : Skilled in building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
