Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior dispatching experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Customer Service and Relationship Skills
• Knowledge in the foodservice equipment industry is a plus
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must maintain a positive attitude and be result-oriented
• Be comfortable working in a team and an independent setting

Responsibilities Include:

• Handle incoming customer calls and input requests into dispatching software
• Maintain an efficient technician schedule based off location and skillset
• Help develop service schedules and maintain contact with techs throughout the day
• Collaborate with management to modify daily schedules to accommodate the needs of customers
• Cultivate strong relationships with techs and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last-minute schedule changes
• Monitor any sudden schedule changes and work with techs to complete all calls efficiently
• Coordinate the completion of jobs through regular communication with team members, vendors, and customers
• Build customer relationships by ensuring their needs are met
• Consistently find areas for improvement and bring suggestions forward
• Maintain composure while managing multiple responsibilities
• Assist with receiving product and maintaining inventory as needed
• Promote all facets of Equipment Plus with regards to services offered.
• Other duties as requested
