TravelNurseSource is working with IMCS Group Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Bolivia, North Carolina, 28422!
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2
Traveler Experience: Required
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: LDRP, Mother/Baby, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Use of External and Internal Fetal Monitoring, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns*** Breastfeeding Support/lactation support
Certs: BLS, AWHONN and NRP PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: EPIC JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 1:4
Shift: Nights 1845-0715; 13 weeks
Call Requirement: REQUIRED; 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week schedule
Float Requirement: Yes they will float to assist other units
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend PATIENT DIAGNOSES: LDRP and Mother/Baby
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is an LDRP Unit, Couplet Care Ratios 1:4, Yes they will float to assist other units, not take assignments.
Skills, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Breastfeeding Assistance
Require at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): EPIC, Pyxis, SBAR
SCHEDULING TYPE: Self
UNIT ORIENTATION: 32 hours
SCRUBS: Cecil blue hospital-issued scrubs, can wear navy as well *** INTERNAL NOTES ***
