Accounts Payable Specialists
Kforce has a client that is seeking Accounts Payable Specialists in Wilmington, MA. Duties Include:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including coding and matching
- Review, verify, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment inquiries, and missing documentation
- Perform three-way matching (invoice, PO, receipt) when applicable
- Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and issue resolution
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment
- Experience with vendor setup and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Oracle (or similar ERP system)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
