Landscape Installation / Construction Foreman (Landscaping)
Qualifications - Proven experience in hardscape or construction management, preferably in landscaping.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers in hardscape and landscaping projects.
- Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client specifications.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
