Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant General Manager at our ilios crafted Greek concept. Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Job Duties include:

• create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• preparing the restaurant daily for service
• team member scheduling
• maintain and exceed sanitation standards
• ensure the completion of daily prep for service
• managing lunch/dinner service
• coach, lead, and develop restaurant team
• facilitating catering orders

This is for a new store opening in summer of 2026. Training would start immediately at our Oakhurst or Southend location (4000 Monroe Rd or 1513 South Church St in Charlotte). Candidate must be able to commute for training.

We are seeking individuals who:

• have previous restaurant management experience. Kitchen experience is a bonus!
• can perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• can ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.
• desire continuous improvement for themselves and others.

Work week will be 5 days a week averaging 45 hours.

This is an hourly position, starting at $17 per hour, plus hourly tip share, and eligible for overtime.
