Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

As a Machine Operator you are responsible for the efficiency and output of work orders assigned to the machine. In addition, machine operators are responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations throughout packaging and quality processes as outlined for each customer order based on specifications.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred, but not required Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible to work overtime or different shifts as needed
