Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across a range of private school environments for the upcoming academic year. You'll play a vital role in fostering growth and independence for pre-K through 12th-grade students, leveraging your expertise as a paraprofessional in a school setting. This position offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week, beginning August 18, 2026, and extending through June 10, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional within a school context
• Skilled in working with students exhibiting mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Familiarity or experience supporting children with toileting and personal care tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and adapt to varied caseloads spanning pre-K through 12th grade
• Flexibility and compassion in responding to diverse student needs and classroom settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the academic and behavioral development of students across multiple grade levels
• Assist with classroom management and provide individualized attention as instructed by teachers
• Implement strategies to support positive behavior and engagement
• Aid younger children with daily needs, which may include toileting and personal hygiene tasks
• Complete relevant documentation and communicate observations to teaching staff
