Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school-based setting is advantageous

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to in-person service delivery; virtual work may be considered later

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and provide progress reports
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapy methods
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
