Scheduler – Home Care Agency
Location: Raleigh, NC

Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM

At Griswold Home Care , we believe in compassionate, quality care that helps seniors live with dignity at home. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Scheduler who thrives on staying organized and solving problems — and who can juggle phone calls, texts, emails, and scheduling software without missing a beat.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily and weekly caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and personality fit
- Respond quickly to last-minute changes and open shifts
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families across multiple platforms
- Keep our systems updated and accurate in real time (ClearCare/WellSky, email, text, CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless care delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience (home care a plus!)
- Strong multitasking skills — you're comfortable managing multiple software platforms at once
- Great communication — professional, clear, and empathetic
- Organized, responsive, and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and digital tools
