Your role and responsibilities
15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and enterprise technology leadership. Proven track record of executive‑level advisory and delivery of enterprise‑scale digital transformations. Deep Expertise in Modern Data & Analytics Platforms: Advanced Analytics, complex data modeling, governance frameworks, and self‑service enablement. Data Engineering: Large‑scale data engineering pipelines, MLFlow, streaming analytics, and cost optimization. Cloud‑native warehousing, query optimization, secure data sharing, and governance for regulated industries. AWS / Azure / Google Certified, expertise Machine Learning, and hybrid/multi‑cloud architectures. • Demonstrated success in manufacturing industry.
Hybrid
Hybrid: Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made.
This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and enterprise technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record advising executive stakeholders and leading the delivery of enterprise‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in modern data and analytics platforms, including advanced analytics, complex data modeling, data governance frameworks, and self‑service analytics enablement.
- Strong background in data engineering, including the design and operation of large‑scale data pipelines, MLflow, streaming analytics, and data platform cost optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native data warehousing, query optimization, secure data sharing, and governance solutions for regulated industries.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Demonstrated success delivering data and analytics solutions within the manufacturing industry.
Cloud certifications and expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform, with strong knowledge of machine learning and hybrid/multi‑cloud architectures.
