We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Account Manager with at least one year of sales experience to join our growing team in Charlotte.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales, client relations, and business management. We’re seeking candidates with at least one year of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or account support who are ready to take the next step professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with new and existing business clients
- Assist with ensuring customer satisfaction
- Face-to-face B2B sales strategies
- Work alongside senior leadership to support business development initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue
- Learn campaign management, client acquisition, and leadership fundamentals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Coachable mindset with a desire for career growth
