Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake equipment to accurately bend and form metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality work on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Install and adjust tooling (dies and punches) as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of press brake experience in a fabrication environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: CNC press brake certification and experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
