Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services for the 25/26 school year. This position focuses on providing therapy to elementary students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. The role is based in Jacksonville, NC, and is offered as a contract position for the duration of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K-5 students
• Implement interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school guidelines and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant certification
• Experience working with children, ideally in an elementary school setting
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and educational goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently during the school year
