Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Home Health

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to join our team, overseeing Home Health and Hospice care in Elizabeth City, NC. As the RN Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for approving service requests, ensuring accurate patient care schedules, and maintaining communication with physicians and staff to ensure smooth operations. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Approve service requests, re-certifications, add-on orders, and changes to patient care plans.
Oversee the scheduling of all patient services to ensure timely and efficient care.
Review and approve patient re-certifications and discharge plans.
Audit physician-modified orders for accuracy, legibility, and content before submitting for signature.
Review and sign off on all lab reports, notifying physicians of any relevant clinical updates regarding patients' conditions.
Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina from an accredited nursing school.
Knowledgeable in Home Health regulations and reimbursement processes.
A minimum of one year of experience in Home Health care.
At least two years of nursing experience in clinical settings.
Oasis experience is required.
