Civil Engineer
**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent qualifications necessary for licensure.
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering settings, including interaction with zoning boards and planning commissions.
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Multiple state licensures, NCEES registration, and NSPE membership.
- Currently licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE).
- CSI-CDT certification and LEED AP BD+C or WELL AP certification.
- Familiarity with HEC RAS, EPANET, MicroStation, SYNCRO, and other emerging software.
