Bilingual Customer Service Representative

education: High School Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, coordinate order changes, cancellations, and special requests with
- the production and sales team and coordinate rush orders when necessary
- Monitor open orders daily and proactively follow up to ensure timely production and shipment.

- Bilingual (5 years of experience is preferred)
- Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Typing Skills (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is preferred)
