**What You'll Do:**
+ Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity encountered during patrols, documenting details accurately for follow-up.
+ Coordinate with Allied Universal management and site personnel as required to communicate incidents or issues as they arise.
+ Assist with access control duties at the location, monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
+ Support a secure environment at the auto facility by remaining alert to activities that could impact site security-related objectives.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
