Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective treatments tailored to each client.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the treatment environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for comprehensive patient care.

Experience

• Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
