Sales & Catering Coordinator

The Sales/Catering Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales/Catering Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, high level of organizational skills, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Refined verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient knowledge of computer applications

• Previous Administrative, Sales,Event or F&B Operational experience

Experience Preferred

• Public Relations interface

• Website Maintenance

• Invoicing, billing, accounting

• Systems Administration

• Event Sales and/or Food and Beverage Operational experience
