Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Role:

• Our Entry Level Account Managers participate in comprehensive training and professional skill development to enhance skills.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers with their wireless orders and new mobile devices by guiding them through the sales process
• Manage their accounts with care and notate any promotions or upgrades available to them
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in executing sales strategies tailored to each customers goal of service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful business plans.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager Role:

• Prior experience in customer service, account management role or similar, sales, retail, or related role is plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
