About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and operational support. This position is fully on-site and ideal for someone with a strong understanding of manufacturing finance and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Investigate GR/IR issues and assist with AP coordination
• Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Track and report cost savings initiatives
• Provide variance analysis, financial modeling, and projections
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Advise plant leadership and support business decisions
• Contribute to operational and administrative efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
