RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Three nursing positions available in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Contractor replacement position
• Work with advanced cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
• Provide intermediate level care for patients requiring step-down services from intensive care
• Monitor patients transitioning between critical care and general medical floors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Must maintain current RN license and required certifications
• Experience in progressive care or telemetry preferred
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Document patient care and communicate changes in patient condition
