Your Role
As an Automotive Technician , you’ll be the backbone of our service team. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while ensuring every job meets the highest safety and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving and takes pride in precision work.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics: Identify issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Perform everything from oil changes and tire rotations to complex repairs on brakes, sensors, and mechanical components.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about repair needs and solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive, productive shop environment.
- Efficiency: Complete repairs promptly and conduct test drives to confirm accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Automotive and engine repair experience or formal mechanic training.
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with automotive air-conditioning systems.
- Mindset: Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to pursue additional certifications.
