Machine Operator/Folder Catcher
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Folder Catcher to join our team in Fuquay-Varina, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor folding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Catch and inspect folded products for quality assurance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
