What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mortgage Loan Officer with us, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition and loan origination — with a primary focus on purchase loans and referral relationships:

1. Build and nurture relationships with Realtors and referral partners
2. Educate homebuyers on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
3. Manage loan pipelines from origination through closing
4. Utilize provided CRM, marketing tools, and resources to grow your business
5. Collaborate with in-house processing to ensure efficient loan delivery
6. Maintain compliance with state/federal lending regulations

This role prioritizes purchase-focused production, with refinances as a secondary component — but top performers in any channel are welcome.

What You’ll Receive

Compensation Earnings

1. Competitive 100% commission W-2 structure
2. Typical earnings range from $55,000–$200,000+, depending on production and referrals
3. Profit-sharing and recruiting bonus opportunities
4. Opportunity for inbound lead support based on production level

Tools, Support Training

1. Structured onboarding mentorship program (1–2 weeks) with leadership and top producers
2. Bonzo CRM for lead, referral, and pipeline management
3. Free Rate Update leads and setup with social media/website tools
4. Dedicated in-house processing support on all loans
5. Licensing support — including guidance on expanding into additional states

Qualifications

1. Current and active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
2. Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred (ideal background in Realtor referral generation, purchase origination, pipeline management)
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-development oriented
5. Comfortable working remotely with optional access to office space as needed
