Job Purpose
The SuccessFactors Analyst/Developer is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves working across the HR and IT to enable and support the organization's HR processes and strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Success Factors modules including system maintenance, reporting, and implementation of additional modules.
- SAP/HCM Security Design & Change Requests
- Management of Upgrade/Migration paths for existing and new technologies
- Management/Oversight of HR systems Tier 3 ticket support
- Requirements gathering and support for inbound/outbound interfaces and for modules in scope
- Creation and review of functional specifications including effort and schedule estimates
- Configuration of business requirement, Unit testing and Quality testing
- Production system incident management, Tier 3 support for production issues, working with SAP SuccessFactors for resolving product issues
- Responsible for release management, co-ordination with SuccessFactors to apply releases in development, quality and production system
- Responsible for remaining current on vendor product roadmaps, best practices, and their impact on
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with previous implementation experience
- Understanding of SuccessFactors data models, XML, integration technologies, data conversion strategy & concepts
- Preferred certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Aptitude for solution design, including mitigation of risks and issues, supporting business objectives
- Ability to map end to end business processes to solution capabilities across HR.
- Ability to maximize the use and business value across HR systems.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and how they impact HR systems
- Consulting & Global delivery and support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or Relevant industryEEO Statement
