Full Time Service Manager Needed.

Product Categories: Hot Tubs, Saunas, Pool Tables, Game Room Games

Mechanical Knowledge a plus, but not required.

Applicants with experience with repairing plumbing / electrical / mechanical systems will be given preference.

Required Skills:

- Outstanding Organizational Skills Needed

Your responsibilities will include ordering parts using our Point of Sale System, receiving them, labeling them for customers, and putting the jobs on the calendar.

You need to be able to keep track of lots of things going on without dropping the ball.
You need to be able to prioritize and manage your own time efficiently and effectively.

- Proficiency with Computers Required

Most of your time will be spent on a computer. Detailed notes of everything you do are required. You will also need to navigate multiple vendor systems and find information.

- Accountability

You need to be super responsible and hold yourself accountable.

We will pay you to do your job and expect you to do it without being prompted. Babysitting is not part of my job description as your employer...

- Customer Service Skills

You will be dealing with customers who call because there is an issue with their product. Our customers are generally reasonable people, but we hold ourselves to a high standard of customer service. You have to be able to interact positively with our customers, and do what you say you are going to do when you say you will do it.

- Discipline and Focus

You have to be disciplined and able to focus. We come here to do a job and we need to make sure it gets done. We do have a lot of fun here, but hard work is part of our culture. As is excellence.

We have developed a recipe and a good system for this position. We will teach you how to do it. You will have plenty of support and resources during the training period. But you are expected to take notes on how to do your job, and to take ownership of learning the processes and procedures. I don't mind being asked questions, in fact I like it - shows you are thinking. But my expectation is that I should not have to teach you or answer the same question more than 3 times. You need to put in the work to learn quickly and take responsibility for your own success.
