Front Desk Wellness Coordinator – Morrisville, NC (In-Person)
Hourly Base + Bonus | Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented team member for part-time, in-clinic duties focused on front desk operations and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients in a calm, professional wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems
- Process payments and support basic point-of-sale functions
- Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks
- Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Compensation & Hours:
- Approximately 25–32 hours per week (negotiable)
- $15- $18 Hourly base pay plus bonus opportunity based on performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort using phone systems, scheduling software, and electronic records
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
