Veteran Claims Consultant
Veteran Claims Consultant
Veterans Guardian is a leading pre-filing consulting firm dedicated to helping veterans maximize the VA disability benefits and compensation they’ve earned through their service. As a Veteran Claims Consultant, you are the first and most important relationship in the veteran’s journey with Veterans Guardian. In this high-impact, sales-driven role, you will conduct strategic consultations, uncover qualifying claim opportunities, educate veterans on the process, and guide them confidently through the next steps.

- Build trust and rapport through empathetic, solution-focused conversations that drive engagement and commitment.
- Review service records, medical documentation, DD-214s, and VA rating decisions to identify potential paths for increased disability compensation.
- Educate veterans on benefits eligibility and strategically position them for claim success.
- Guide veterans through onboarding by securing required documents, disclosures, and signed agreements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in Salesforce, including notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient claim progression.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance, consultation, and production goals while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
What Makes You Successful
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence handling high-volume outbound and inbound client interactions.
- Ability to uncover needs, overcome objections, and guide veterans toward informed decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
