Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires a professional with a strong background in General Med/Tele skills to join a dedicated team in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide nursing care to patients with common diagnoses such as Stroke, COPD, Chest Pain, Altered Mental Status, and GI bleed
• Manage patient ratios of RN: 1:5-6, with acuity-dependent variations
• Conduct Stroke experience/NIH assessments and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Perform general Med/Tele skillset including PIV starts, trach care, and NGT placement
• Manage drain/tube operations such as Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, and JP drains
• Administer medications including cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, and IVF

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 18 months Med/Tele experience
