Loan Servicing Specialist

Description

Manage post-origination loan servicing activities, including payment processing, payoffs, and adjustments

Review and validate loan documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, servicing errors, and exceptions

Respond to borrower, internal, and third-party inquiries regarding loan status and servicing issues

Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance, and financial reporting

Experience supporting system upgrades, implementations, or servicing platform enhancements

Knowledge of audit support and compliance review processes

Exposure to process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives

Strong stakeholder communication skills across operations, risk, and client-facing teams

Experience with automation tools or reporting dashboards

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
