What You’ll Do

The Certified Field Inspector role is vital to the success of Moisture Loc. Leads are generated through direct customer inquiry and Certified Field Inspector self-generation. This person must always represent Moisture Loc professionally and address customers with courtesy and respect. A typical day will include the following:

• Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle
• Listen actively to customer’s concerns
• Conduct home consultations and thorough inspections to assess waterproofing needs
• Educate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutions
• Provide estimates and close sales
• Follow up on open proposals
• Provide detailed instructions to the installation teams
• Meet regularly with Production Leaders to brief on closed projects
• Stay in regular contact with active customers through the duration of any sold project
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay up to date on industry trends and local regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle
• Adhere to all company policies regarding company vehicle driving and upkeep
• Ensure company equipment is being used safely and properly

Compensation

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive commission-based compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid holidays and a 401(k).

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
• Clean record and valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Education & Experience

• Relevant experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Nature of Work / Conditions

• Work requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, and crawling in tight spaces.
• Work is performed both inside and outside with moderate noise
