This is a public-facing position ideal for someone who is passionate, outgoing, and motivated by meaningful work.

Job Summary
As a Customer Event Specialist, you will represent our client’s mission at events, community spaces, and high-traffic areas. Your role as a Customer Event Specialist is to educate the public, share the organization’s impact, and encourage people to support the cause through individual contributions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at scheduled events and outreach locations

• Initiate conversations with members of the public in a friendly and informative way

• Set up and manage outreach booths and materials

• Track donor signups and conversations accurately

• Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals

• Provide a positive, respectful, and engaging experience to every potential supporter

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service, events, or sales is helpful but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability

• Comfortable working outdoors or in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay with opportunity for performance-based increases

• Typical earnings range from $600-$900 per week, depending on individual results
