Landscape Construction Foreman - SVL

We are currently seeking a Landscape Construction Supervisor - SVL who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage teams of 3 to 4 people, ensuring proper execution of landscape installation work.
- Ensure work is completed with excellence, pride, and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret landscape plans, ensuring work orders are carried out correctly and in a timely manner.
- Work side-by-side with your team on all landscape activities.
- Communicate professionally directly with customers on-site and follow through with customers and project managers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, seeing them as an opportunity to make improvements and win customer loyalty.
- Stay on top of paperwork and multitask effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in landscape installation.
- Experience in horticulture and plant health, equipment operation, irrigation, hardscaping, and landscape installation work.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
Compensation
The position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 - $23.00 per hour , with bonus opportunities.
