Days: Monday - Friday (Adjust occasionally as needed)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, Paid via W2 (paid on the books)

Start Date: 1/5/2026

A family in Linden, NC is seeking a highly organized housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and presentation of multiple homes. This role ensures the residences are impeccably maintained, fully provisioned, and always guest-ready. There is a dog in the home.

Main Work Duties:

House Cleaning & Daily Reset:

• Maintain clean, clutter-free, guest-ready homes.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and common areas.
• Handle trash, recycling, and packaging disposal.
• Complete end-of-day reset for calm mornings.

Daily Laundry Management:

• Run daily laundry with no backlog.
• Wash, fold/hang, and put away clothing same day.
• Rotate bedding and towels regularly.
• Manage dry cleaning end-to-end.

Guest & Family Readiness:

• Prepare guest rooms before arrivals.
• Provide light hosting support as needed.
• Reset home after guests and keep properties drop-in ready.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years as a housekeeper.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must have a valid US passport and must be able to travel when needed.
