Assembly Worker
Job Responsibilities:
- Assembler will be working on assigned production line and will be required to follow SOP for specific job assignment.
- Measure, cut and assemble door units.
- Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
- Works under immediate supervision
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Strong analytical skills & Knowledge of all door components.
- Efficient with multiple manual machines and pneumatic equipment such as Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Router, Tape Measure, Square.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.
- May involve some repetitive motions - bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
- Ability to organize and maintain detailed records. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
- Read and understand bill of materials.
- Due to the open environment of the facility, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold
Skills:
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and assembling door units.
- Skilled in operating manual and pneumatic tools (Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Router, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret bill of materials and follow SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail with quality inspection skills.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities. Knowledge of safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred not required.
- 1-2 Years in the field or related area.
