BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lincolnton NC. BAYADAs special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How Youll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Help lift and reposition clients.

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience training is available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Locations Were Hiring: Lincolnton Denver Stanley and the surrounding area.

Type: Afternoons Evenings (3pm - 9pm) during the weekdays; weekends (12 hour shifts; can be flexible)
