Our client is primarily a capsule manufacturer but also a fast-growing nutraceutical manufacturer specializing in high-quality capsule and supplement production. With advanced technology, a new U.S. manufacturing base near Charlotte, NC, and a strong commitment to product excellence, it is positioned for long-term growth and innovation. Our success depends on a motivated and capable workforce — and we’re seeking an HR Director who can help us build and lead it.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and leading all aspects of human resources strategy, programs, and policies for our client's U.S. operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on , ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations and organizational development within manufacturing or life sciences, with the ability to design systems and practices that scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing or nutraceutical/food industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR infrastructure and lead through growth.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification strongly preferred.
