Carolina Caring is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and motivated Senior Director, Growth to join our team! This role is focused on developing referral sources, cultivating business partnerships, and sharing the exceptional programs and services Carolina Caring provides throughout the Mecklenburg County region .

The Senior Director, Growth also serves as a leader by guiding strategic marketing initiatives and strengthening the Professional Relations Team through mentorship and relationship‑building programs. This position is key in expanding Carolina Caring’s presence and ensuring our mission reaches more families in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral sources and cultivate business partnerships for Carolina Caring programs throughout Mecklenburg County.
• Guide strategic marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness.
• Mentor and build the Professional Relations Team to strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Expand Carolina Caring’s presence and ensure mission reaches more families in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in health care.
• One to three years of marketing experience in a hospice or home health environment preferred.
• Master’s degree in business management (emphasis on marketing) or related health care disciplines desirable.

Job Details

Employee Type: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some nights and weekends required.

Travel: Approximately 75%.
