Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Service Center Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for customer-focused, service-oriented security professionals who are committed to supporting daily security operations and facility management.

Job Description

• Issue, track, inspect, and audit security devices, seals, and tools inside and outside the Fab environment
• Scanning of CDs, USB, and other media as part of the Virus Protection System (VPS)
• Installation and troubleshooting of EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management)
• Issue, troubleshoot, and audit employee/contractor badges
• Access Control System Assistance
• Issue and track parking decals and placards
• Assist in managing Security Index

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Virus Protection System (VPS)
• Enterprise Mobility Management
• Security and Access Monitoring
• Facility and Badge Coordinator
• Environment Auditor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow established procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, task management, and documentation skills.
• Customer service-focused with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work overtime as needed.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Requirements

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Pay rate

• $21- $24 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
