Direct Support Professional

Be the DSP you always wanted to be at BAYADA Home Health! Would you like to give compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes? To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

We have current Direct Support Professional openings in the following locations:

• Asheville, Marion, and surrounding cities. Morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekend shifts available.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

• Ability to work independently in a client's home/community
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)
